2026 DLMC/DTM Press Release

Bismarck, ND. This press release is being made on May 11, 2026 to announce that two oil and gas leasing companies are proud to announce to the U.S. market and consumers, that at this time, ten dollar a barrel oil is possible (which would be approximately $1.00 a gallon gasoline). It is one thing to announce that a 22 page oil and gas lease (DTM Lease) makes this contention possible, it is another to have actual acreage (lessor ownership contracted to DLMC and DTM) signed up to this lease. How does a major oil company explain to its shareholders and stockholders that it did not act on a play that can guarantee and produce oil as low as $10.00 a barrel. What does the U.S. oil industry tell banks now? How do you finance a project that might have to shut down production because oil has dropped to $40.00 or $30.00 a barrel? Will anyone in the fourth estate (press/media) have the fortitude and intelligence to ask President Trump what "he" thinks of $10.00 a barrel oil (one dollar a gallon gas)?
